Interview
The process took about two months. I met with a recruiter at a job fair and was contacted with information to send in my application. Was put through two phone interviews with basic experience based questions. After applying and completing the phone interviews, which took about a month, I was scheduled an interview with two claims departments, auto and property. They each lasted 1.5 hrs and the interview was done by a manager from each department. They asked the same questions, mostly STAR based questions. I shadowed an employee and was set home. I received an off a few days later.

Had a quick 15-30 minute phone screen with an HR recruiter for the position. The recruiter was pleasant and professional. They clearly outlined the core expectations of the role and went over my resume to verify my background. They also asked a few standard behavioral questions to gauge my experience.
