I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2019
Interview
They contacted me for a phone interview about a month after I applied. Phone interview went well, and they set up a face to face a week later. Face to face interview was with two people. Both took turns asking questions. They told me they move quick, and I would know soon if I got it or not either way. About 3-4 weeks later, I was told via a phone call that I didn't get it.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you failed. Give details about everything you did to try and be successful, but you still failed.
I applied online. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Plano, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
Terrible. The initial recruiter didn’t call at the time of the scheduled interview. I had to text and email her to reschedule for later in the day. The recruiter still called me an hour before time. Once I passed the phone interview I had a virtual interview with two dry managers. I didn’t hear anything back for a while so I check my application online and it said not selected. I wrote it off as me not passing that interview. A few days later the recruiter called me to schedule an in person interview. The manager was late to get me. The interview went fine but they didn’t like that I stated I was looking for stability. The interview was dry after that. This company is all over the place. I don’t not recommend. These interviewers are looking for the best LIAR not the best candidate!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Jan 2020
Interview
Basic phone interview with questions that didn’t highlight relevant experience to the job. I felt like I was talking to a robot who couldn’t seem any less interested in the questions they were asking or the answers being given.
