I was offered a phone interview with Liberty Mutual for the Financial Management Rotational Program, which turned out to be an email link through which you dial into online. I dialed in 5 minutes before my interview was supposed to start, but 20 minutes past the pre-arranged start time, I was still on the line listening to elevator music. I hung up because I was told the interview would be half an hour, and I had other business to attend to. Worst interview experience. Very unprofessional!

Application
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Liberty Mutual Insurance (Boston, MA) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online and first round interview was phone interview with the recruiter. Basically asked all behavioral questions and why I choose Liberty Mutual. Right after interview recruiter asked me to go Boston for Final Round 😁.
Final round interview process: I was interviewed by one director and one manager. Each interview were 45 minutes long and both interviewer were so nice and friendly. They asked me couple of behavioral questions and couple of technical questions related accounting & finance. Both gave me a short scenario and three options to rank. After rank i had to explain logic behind my ranking.
Job related questions: I forgot most of the questions but I do remember two important questions:
I forgot others 😐

Question 1
1. Explain all Financial statements and how they are related with each other?
Applied through school site. First interview was on campus and was pretty straightforward. I was asked about my resume, experiences, why Liberty, etc. Next round was full of behavior based questions (give me a time when...) and technical (mostly about accounting). Case study was hard, guy just sits there and watches you do it
