I applied two days after the job was posted. Two days later, I got an automated email asking me to do a short video interview - this is new, I guess it takes the place of the phone interview they had before. It was 5 questions that they recorded you answering, and then I submitted that. (The questions were fairly easy - "why do you want to leave your current role, why do you want to work for Liberty mutual, why do you feel qualified for the role, etc) 2 days after that, I got an email for another live video interview with 3 managers. This took way longer than I expected - it definitely wasn't bad, but just be prepared to spend an hour and a half talking about your resume and past experiences. They were VERY interested in previous roles and my responsibilities with them. There were a few behavioral based questions, so brush up on the STAR format if you're not familiar with it.
All in all, this was by far the most in depth and thorough interview process I've ever experienced. They said they had more interviews to complete and would contact me no later than a week out after they finish them. I have a good feeling about our conversation, but who knows.
Regardless of the outcome, it is very apparent that Liberty Mutual takes hiring seriously and is only looking for high caliber people to work for them. I'd be excited to work there, but if I'm not selected, it was a pleasant enough process and I'm glad for the opportunity.
