Interview
Short phone call with the recruiter (30 minutes) and an interview (1 behavioral and 1 case interview) at the office. The phone call consisted of typical behavioral questions and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. The final interview lasted about 4 hours long. It started with a small breakfast and followed by a shadowing session with a current employee and then a formal interview. Everyone in my interviewing group was given a packet of graphs to analyze-- the goal was to resolve a question regarding hypothetical company. We had 25 minutes to go through it all and then split off into our interviewing groups (2 per candidate). They began by asking me to go through the data, and to explain to them my thought process. After I made my formal proposal, we went along to the behavioral part (most of which was pretty standard).
