Screening then interview with two engineering managers. Process seemed to be pretty straight forward. Asked basic questions about past experiences and wanted several situation examples of applying skills. Basic questions.

The first interview was over the phone with a senior project manager. Interview 2 was in person with a manager as well as the director. Final interview was with another manager.
