Interview
It was pretty state forward. But it took a while to get a call. The interview questions were pretty easy and they are mostly customer service based. They also care about why you want to work at LSC.
Relatively easy and straightforward. The questions they ask reflect the type of work environment you will be in, including how you manage co-workers should they lack in work ethic and chaotic situations.
I volunteered here for seven months before going for a job interview. I was familiar with what the job entailed already and had experience with the center so I knew to throw that in there to be hired. The HR was very professional and the work environment was very fun. With any interview, prepare and research the company..use all your assets and make it fit.
