Virtual interviews asking situational questions. They are looking to know how you would act in certain circumstances and in different situations that apply to daily occurrences at the museum. It was straight forward and interview difficulty was considerably easy.

Interview
General situational questions regarding customer service and specific examples that ambassadors typically face at the company. Pretty self explanatory and not difficult to answer. Asked about experience with customer service but didn't seem to be a make or break for an offer.
