I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lidl (London, England) in Jan 2014

Interview

The first stage included an assessment center. As we were only three candidates and all German, they did not ask us to do a presentation in German. The maths test was pretty easy and I think I answered all questions correctly. Then, a Buying Director and a Senior Buying Manager interviewed me asking for my motivations to work for LIdl. I think I was not convincing enough.
