Very easy...applied online, took the situational judgment test. Received a phone call for a telephone interview inviting me for an in-person interview with the area manager. Received a phone call the next day calling me in for a contract signing.

they introduce themselves and then you have to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself and they tell you what is the interview process and then they start asking the interview questions.

Scripted questions that were very simple if you have had any sort of retail/ service experience so nothing too outlandish. Would suggest to come prepared with some basic knowledge of retail before hand is you are unfamiliar.
