Had to apply online first and answer very basic questions. A week later I was called in for an interview. Two people in the room. Very very kind and friendly made it feel very casual. Asked easy questions and made sure to engage with every answer.
they introduce themselves and then you have to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself and they tell you what is the interview process and then they start asking the interview questions.

Interview
It was a telephone interview. It was pretty straight forward and short. Asked me about my availability, how do I commute?, short summary of my resume, have I every attended an interview for lidl in the past three months.

Why do I want to work in lidl out of all the other retailers?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
