At the beginning I was very impressed with the company's interviewing processes and management. They called me just 24 h after I have applied. We set up a date for a telephone interview which went perfectly, in my opinion at least. The call was about 1 h during which I was given a task to simulate a call with a client regarding a future collaboration. Anyway, I was promised to receive a call ""very soon" and to be given a proper feedback. Here comes the negative part - not only did not receive a call but I only got an automatic email a whole month after the interview saying that I was just not approved, no reason, no feedback whatsoever.
