Wow, where do I start. After months of waiting for a response, my interview told me she was having problems receiving emails; ok, that's understandable. I gave her a time that was good to have a call and she still barely replied. When she told me "let's do x time tomorrow" I responded to confirm that it was a good time for me, and she didn't respond to that. So there I was sitting in my car during my lunch break waiting for a call at the time she told me - no call received, and I even called her, and she did not answer. She no longer responded to my emails after I followed up after she missed the time she set. I emailed Lidl recruiting THREE times to no response; I feel like if I was reached out to for an interview, I at least deserve that interview. Then I got the rejection letter, hilariously their only form of communication with me. I can handle being rejected; I can't handle the unprofessionalism.
