Interview
The interview process was very natural. It would be good to research the company beforehand because they do test your knowledge, but it's not essential. As long as you are calm and collected when answering questions, you should be fine.

they introduce themselves and then you have to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself and they tell you what is the interview process and then they start asking the interview questions.

It was a telephone interview. It was pretty straight forward and short. Asked me about my availability, how do I commute?, short summary of my resume, have I every attended an interview for lidl in the past three months.

Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
