Good easy process a lot of question but very informative and easy to get through had a good time conversation with interviewers and talked about progression throughout company in the future if i wanted to go into amother field within the company

they introduce themselves and then you have to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself and they tell you what is the interview process and then they start asking the interview questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lidl (Exeter, England)
Interview
It was a telephone interview. It was pretty straight forward and short. Asked me about my availability, how do I commute?, short summary of my resume, have I every attended an interview for lidl in the past three months.

Why do I want to work in lidl out of all the other retailers?
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
