easy to do like 20 minute to do the whole thing one to one interview applied online then process to a phone interview then face to face interview took 2 weeks roughly

real life example of when you solved a problem and how you solved it a scenario in a day at the store and how would you solve a problem any other normal questions you get when you in an retail/supermarket interview
they introduce themselves and then you have to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself and they tell you what is the interview process and then they start asking the interview questions.
Very straightforward process.
One person interviewed me and asked a few questions.
Did not last more than an hour, if that.
I had one interview and then an offer was made.
Phone interview and then in person interview. Pretty quick and easy and doesn’t take long to hear back. Questions are pretty standard like ‘why Lidl?’ and ‘what’s your favourite item we sell’. Also a few scenario based questions.
