Der Ablauf des Bewerbungsgesprächs war sehr angenehm und gut strukturiert. Nach einer kurzen Begrüßung folgte ein erstes Kennenlernen mit dem Teamleiter und einem Teammitglied. Beide haben sich Zeit genommen, mir das Team und die Aufgaben vorzustellen. Im Anschluss wurden mir viele Fragen zu meinem Werdegang und meinen fachlichen Erfahrungen gestellt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmes und respektvolles Gesprächsklima.
