Lidl Store Employee interview questions

I introduced myself and had two interviews out of formality. They needed motivated staff. Had previous experience of 2 years at Lidl. Went into a store that had a poster out looking for employees to present myself. This store did not need new employees but they had a position for another lidl store a bit farther away. I had to go and introduce myself to that local manager in an "interview" too. There was no negotiation phase. They did not include all my previous experience even though it was for the same company some years earlier, in order to not pay me as much per hour.
