Life.Church Associate LifeKids Pastor interview questions

There are three phone screens before an in person interview that consists of multiple interviews. There is also a testing portion before going to an in person interview. The in person interview is a full day of interviewing with multiple different people who are apart of the company and may not be in the role you are applying for.

The interview process was intense but in the best way possible. I'll echo what others have said here...I felt incredibly cared for and could see that the process was both in my best interest and to make sure that LifeChurch was the right fit for my family! I don't have any negative feedback about this process! A lot of talking/discussion about strengths and weaknesses. Just a lot of talking! It was so important to know why you are passionate about what you are applying for, and this process was really great for me.
