I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Lawrenceville, GA) in Apr 2015
Interview
First, I got an email for a group interview. The group interview was surprisingly easy. They gave you a few questions about who you were, you answered them, and then you left. Questions like 'What is one thing you can bring to Lifetime?' and 'What is one interesting fact about yourself?' The second round was more of an audition. You brought in a game and then taught it to the other interviewees and played the game with them. They told us to be familiar with the mission statement but we weren't tested on it or anything, surprisingly. After that, they sent us an email whether we were hired or not.
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
Two step interview process with clear easy questions. Genuinely seems like they just want to get to know your personality. In the second interview, they ask you to recite the LifeTime motto and give you the job offer.
