I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Orland Park, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
They have gotten back to me in 3 days after applying online. Interview was great so i thought. Was very easy going. When i haven't heard back, i emailed them asking, but i have not received any response. Like they were ignoring me.
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
The interview process was simple and very straight forward. There were a couple over the phone questions and answers and then an in person interview. The in person interview lasted at most 30 minutes.
