Interview
Group interview, informal. We sat in a room with 8 potential candidates and 2 interviewers. The lead interviewer would throw out questions seeing if he could catch us off guard. Then he had quick one on one sessions and asked us who we would work with among other questions.

Question 1
Situational questions about things that may come up in a camp setting.
Applied online and was asked to do an interview virtually with the manager of the unit. Received an offer at the end of the interview. Mainly asked scenario/ behavioral questions and about my past experience with children.
very quick and fast. only asked a few questions about experience and different scenarios. It was positive and very nice. Was asked about my schedule and how I prefer to work also.
Two step interview process with clear easy questions. Genuinely seems like they just want to get to know your personality. In the second interview, they ask you to recite the LifeTime motto and give you the job offer.
