Interview was pretty easy, they mostly asked for my experience and availability. Only thing is they made me wait for thirty minutes.

Focused on my past experiences working in teams, working in service-like environments, and any experience working with food/in food service. Also involved discussion of my motivation to work there and availability.
I applied and within two weeks, received an interview. We met in the cafe, where the manager interviewed me, discussed expectations, showed me around, and then made an offer. The interview was approximately 30 minutes. The questions were your typical run-of-the-mill questions.
