Was very different for me but asked the core values of lifetime and if I could handle a high paced environment and multitask. Overall it was pretty easy as long as you show that you are a charismatic person and a hard worker you will get hired.
I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Coral Gables, FL)
Interview
Pretty quick. I met with the operations manager and then the GM. Both were easy going and asked basic questions about background and some about any fitness/wellness knowledge. They show you around the facility and then I started the next day
Pretty easy. Two interviews. First one couple questions about experience and availability. Second one just discussion with general manager. Just don't overthink and be yourself. Unless you say something really out of the ordinary more than likely you will get the job, they need all the help they can get.
