Leadership utilized behavioral interviewing questions throughout- as a current employee it was an opportunity for me to share experiences I had in a former career that were transferable to the position I was applying for. As a current employee of the organization, I knew those I was interviewing with and had an opportunity to ask more detailed questions about the department, position, and culture of the division.
