I was first selected via phone screening which took about 10 minutes. They asked me questions about my work experience and other relevant information. I then cleared this and was given an in-person interview.
The in-person interview took place directly at the job site. The manger conducting the interview spent the entire time typing on the computer and paid me very little attention at all. I was asked a few questions, but not many at all. The interview took 30 minutes and at the end of it, the manager addressed me by a completely incorrect name.
I had expected the manager to be more focused on the candidate they were interviewing. Or at least, focused enough to get their name right when it was right in front of them. Even if I had been given an offer, I would not have taken it because of this experience.
