3 part interview - HR, Director (direct supervisor), and then COO and other C level. First two interviews went very well, but third interview I was aware from the start they did not think I was well qualified. I was very straight forward about previous leadership experience throughout interview process so I found it frustrating that they interviewed me despite not really be interested in me.
