It was an all-day interview, involving five sessions of 30-minute interview blocks as well as a presentation. One of the interview blocks was entirely for asking the program questions, but the other four involved separate groups of preceptors and others involved in the residency asking numerous questions. Some were personality based, some asked about experiences, and others were clinical, with a large variety of different questions asked. There was one or two fun, "brain teaser" type questions as well. Everyone was very kind and reassuring throughout the interview, and they did their best to make all applicants feel welcome. I could tell that they were passionate about their work, and the current residents seemed happy about their position and their work-life balance. It was certainly difficult with the numerous questions asked, but it was a worthwhile experience.
