For the role they were looking for an entry level/new grad. There were no technical questions during the interview process, mainly just asking about your technical background. Passed the phone screening then was setup to do the next virtual interview. I was ghosted for a month before they got back to me to setup the second interview. I was then setup to do an interview in front of a panel that was consisted of the IT team. I get an email the next morning saying they already moved on. Never did the third interview even though they said they wanted me to interview with the panel.
