Very negative experience since the company seems to be more interested in fishing for information rather than evaluating the candidate. Very casual interview that lasted less than 3 hours..very elementary topics were covered and the software portion seemed to be made up on the fly with no real intent to test the candidate's depth of understanding of algorithms and problem-solving..
