Sent my resume through their website, got an email from the HR and call from a local guy within about 2 days. Went in for a 2 hour on-site interview with 3 engineers and then with 1 Product manager. Very basic questions about my past experience, nobody seems to know what to ask about the role in question, since it is 'out of their area of expertise'. No response after 2 weeks. Sent both HR and the engineer a message only asking if I was still being considered as a candidate. Still no reply many weeks later. Good luck to this startup company, expect they will have a rough going considering they can't respond to basic emails or ask proper screening questions of their candidates.
