Applied online and was called few days later. Had three phone screens, each from HR, an Engineer and the hiring manager. Had the opportunity for an onsite interview. Met great people there. Very fortunate to receive a good offer. Did not accept because of a better opportunity. Very efficient process. Seems the company has a bright future although some heavy lifting needs to be done.
