Terrible & Un Professional- For a senior position, the hiring manager could not take decision for 3 months. I started my interview process in November-23 last week and cleared 5 rounds of interview( 3 with Indian Hiring Managers, 2 with Hiring Managers in US). I got to a point of Salary Negotiations and was offered a CTC of 45 lakhs. Surprisingly CTC was a joke ( 7k for medical insurance premium, LNWICP of (4,18,404.40- which is not paid in cash) and a joining bonus of INR 4,00,000 ( paid partly after 3 and 6 months) this is a Joke!. Having designed CTC for a global organization and with 15yrs of core HR experience. I was negotiatiing on the offer and suddenly get a auto email stating my candidature is declined . and see there are Job Advertisement for the same role i have been discussing reposted. Absolutely no transparency. This interview process was slopy from the very beginning. none of the Hiring managers were on time for the interview, Infact one of the hiring manager was late for 40 minutes to a 1hr interview. I respect the decision to move ahead with another candidate but not after the offer negotiations. It took 3 months to get here to this stage and today the recruiter wants to have another call to discuss the feedback. Which Iam not interested. Any ways, if you're planning to join the India HR team beware of this unorganized, Terrible & Sloppy process which has unprofessional leaders.
