No behavioral interview; went right into discussing what the job would look like and what the salary might be. The talent acquisition manager did a good job of staying in contact and keeping me updated.

Tell me about your previous experience at [specific job]
Thorough process. I had three separate interviews and I believe the process took about 2 months from first reaching out to my start date. Generally positive experience, maybe a little long.
Zoom meeting consisted of basic getting to know questions and asking about therapeutic techniques and modalities. Asked about experience and integrating experiences into working with clients individually based on individual needs and differences.
