This was one of my favorite interview experiences thus far.
The interviewers were kind, friendly, and took a genuine interest in my experience and approach to problem solving.
It was also great to know about company culture, the trajectory of LightMatter, and what drives the team.
There were 5 interviews in total: recruiter screen, COO, VP, HM, Chief Scientist. Each of them had a different line of questioning than the last. Overall, the team wanted to know how I talk to team mates, handle issues, lead new projects, and communicate.
