After the initial phone screening, I met with the hiring manager for a general, not so technical discussion about my experience and the specifics of the role. Then I met with three of the team members for technical interviews where we went over pair-programming style assignments. Finally, I met with the director of software engineering for a high-level discussion about the team structure, job role, general team directions, etc... Each interview lasted for 45 minutes. The team members I met with are all very smart and respectful.
