I got a email with some screening questions, then an email with some logic puzzles. After that I got a phone interview involving logic puzzles. Very uncomfortable to answer the logic puzzles over the phone. I got them both wrong. I was so frustrated I even told the guy I had to go, which I didn't I just wanted to get off the phone. I've never done that in an interview before. I'd recommend them just giving the logic puzzles in person. For sending the puzzles in emails, people can just Google the answer. I'd recommend even reading up on the most popular logic puzzles for those going into the interview. I can tell they just get them off the internet. The guy who interviewed me was the supervisor of the position. He sounded condescending and also very tired or sedated. I talked to him for about an hour.
