First step was phone screen with recruiter. She was nice and asked good questions. Next was in-person interview at their office. I interviewed with the CFO, hiring manager, supervisor and two other recruiters. Overall it was an okay experience. Too many behavioral questions. I don't understand why people think responses to these type of questions are a good indication of someone doing well in a role. I would rather they ask how would handle this situation but what do I know. They seemed a little disorganized but i guess that's how things are in the tech world. I'm sure in the end it came down to likeability /compatibility with the team/culture.
