First round interview was fine. Was asked to create a writing example, a sample marketing plan, to take a behavioral assessment, and finally complete a cognitive assessment. It took several hours, but I dedicated the time because I was genuinely interested in the role. The second round interview did not go as smoothly on my end as I would have liked. I admittedly got nervous and froze up on one question. That being said, I was very offended I was told the call was ending 10 minutes early "so I can prep for another call." I'm not owed a job, but I am owed respect. To be told that another call was more important, after all the time and effort I spent on this company's behalf was frankly disappointing.
