It was a rigorous process ,I had a 7 hour interview process, an assessment centre then an hours 121 interview. This was 8 years ago and it is now updated and much better. The process was old fashioned and time consuming and out of touch, we have since got in house recruitment manager who had simplified and much improved the whole process throughout the business. I feel we have progressed forward as a business and are much more forward thinking and proactive now.
