Day 1: Contacted by third-party recruiter...questions about my experience and resume
Day 3: Notified that Brightstar would like to interview me
Day 8: Initial scheduled date for screening with Brightstar recruiter (postponed on my end)
Day 14: Call with Brightstar recruiter...questions about my experience and resume
Day 15: Notified that Brightstar would like to schedule a phone interview with Hiring Manager
Day 17: Phone Interview with Hiring Manager and peer...resume/experience questions + standard behavioral based questions. 1 hour after the interview I was told by the external recruiter that I'd made it to the final, on-site interview. I was given instructions including material for which I had to create a PowerPoint presentation. It was an excel file of data and you had to create a presentation in which you drew conclusions from the data. The expectation is the presentation is 10-15 minutes with about 5 minutes of questions.
Day 24: On-site interview. Give the presentation to about 10 or so people...follow-up questions were straightforward and mostly asking why you arrived at the conclusions you presented. People were coming and going throughout, so don't let that distract you. Following the presentation, there were three rounds of behavioral-based interviews with 3 people at a time, and each round was about 30 minutes. Typical behavioral-based questions.
Day 31: Received a text message (not a call) from the third-party recruiter that Brightstar offered another candidate the position. I asked for specific feedback and the recruiter called and explained that I received highly positive feedback, but that another candidate had a more relevant background.
