Interview
I originally applied to be a part of the Quality Assurance department, but was told that the position was filled. I was offered an interview for the Machine Operator position.
The interview wasn't really an interview, more of a questionnaire. The HR rep went through the form line by line, asking me each question and filling in my responses.

The only difficult question would be "What are my three greatest strengths towards this position?" Since I have never worked as a Machine Operator, I had no idea how to answer this and it put me on the spot.
