I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Electric (Cleveland, OH) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward, four interviews back-to-back, 30min each. Some basic background questions and STAR questions. Everyone was very nice. However, the job position only pays $56000, which is much lower than many other company pay, even for a starting position. They incentivize you with an end of the year bonus, which is based both on company performance and employee reviews. People there were great but the pay and benefits sucked.

There was an initial phone interview with an engineer. The final interview process was with six different managers. It was very friendly and more of a conversation than interview. No tricky interview questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Electric (Cleveland, OH) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview process was very well organized, and consisted of two initial phone screenings followed by a 2-day on site interview at their headquarters in Cleveland, OH. The people were extremely nice and forthcoming about the job, the city, and corporate culture. They run the company a bit differently, from their Guaranteed Employment policy to their incentive-based salary. There was a book written about the company in 2010 called Spark, which I recommend to anyone interested in working for the company.
