Very quick moving interview process. Had an initial phone interview with recruiter, then a 3-on-1 interview that was a mix of behavioral and also fit type questions. Extremely professional and I can tell it is a great company.

Interview
They got me in quickly, and in front of the CFO quickly. HR is mostly an organized group, although I had to bounce around between a couple of people who didn't appear ready for me. They did a good job of explaining the benefits, the unique bonus structure, and the reason the position was open at the time.
