behavioral questions, not too hard. nice and cool projects . interned in ohio and they cover housing and transportation. relaxed work environment. you can weld school for two days, they have a rotational program which is nice. the pay could be better. good benefits

Had a full day on-site interview with four 30 minute interviews. Some interviewers were definitely easier to talk to than others, but it overall wasn't intimidating. No questions were out of the blue
