I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Lincoln Electric (Cleveland, OH) in Sep 2022
Interview
Initial phone screening with hiring center based in TX. Recruiter gave me some beneficial tips on improving my resume; however, she did not listen to what I was looking in my next position when it came to salary/benefits. I was given a range much lower than I had anticipated and told the rest would be made up with "bonus" at the end of the year. This amount was significantly less than I was currently making, and my reason for leaving was low base salary. I was then put on their call list and bombarded with opportunities for low-ball salaries even though I repetitively told them it is not within the range that I am looking for. I would avoid this place, they apparently do not listen to peoples concerns.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lincoln Electric
Interview
Really dry behavioral questions, the interviewer didn't even tried to establish a conversation and it seemed like she wanted to leave. It ended up making the interview harder and uninteresting.
