Interview
After you apply they reach out to you for at least 7 references. They do this prior to an interview and it’s a struggle to get 7 especially when your trying to be discreet about getting a new job. I sent 7 people, I knew, some annoying survey to fill out and all seven completed the surveys. It would have been helpful to be able to ask my current work peers but they do this all before an interview which is completely backwards. It’s extremely hard to rely on others to fill out a survey in order to get a job. Once everything was completed I got a sorry but it’s a no go email. How lovely and what a complete waste of time and embarrassment this company put me through. I feel the level of disrespect and unorganized hiring process this couldn’t be a good company. Basically I did not get to interview myself, but my peers were the determination of whether I got the position or not, although I have 4 years experience in the position upon which I applied. Don’t waste your time and spare yourself the trouble in applying for this ridiculous company.
