Phone interview first to gather basic information, asking interest in the position, talking about the role and the benefits. The video interview is similar to most interviews asking about difficult customers, and shading work experience.

Very simple and laid back. Interviewer was very nice and personable. I felt comfortable talking and was able to make good conversation during the interview. I got a call the next day offering me the job. I felt it went well but then I second guessed myself and worried.
