I applied for the Service Representative position in June 2016. It took 3 weeks for the recruiter to reach out to me for a phone interview. The Service Representative position was not available, but he said the Registration Coordinator is available so I interviewed for that position in person. The interview was easy and she said she would notify me in 2 weeks if I got the position. 2 weeks go by and I send a follow up email to the person I interviewed with: No answer. Then, I call the recruiter and the recruiter told me that the position was not available but my interview was well received. He said he didn't know when the position would be available. I send another email to the person I interviewed with and she said she will know in one week. Three weeks go by and I hear nothing, so I send another email and she finally tells me that they chose another candidate. These people totally used me and it was very unprofessional. No one should have to go through what I went through, so I would advise to not even waste your time applying to this trashy company. I can just imagine how terrible they must treat their employees
