Describe a time you went above and beyond and how.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lincoln Financial Group in Feb 2019
Interview
Hiring process went pretty quickly. I would say from start to finish approximately 3 weeks, and that's only because I had to schedule the face-to-face interview a week out in order to get time off from previous job. After submitting my resume and applying online, I got a call from the recruiter in less than a week. If you're selected to move on, they will recommend you for a face-to-face interview. You will then get a call from the Administrative personnel
to schedule your interview with the hiring manager. You will receive details on who you will meet with and where to go. You may or may not have a panel interview so be prepared to possibly meet with more than one person. They really made you feel at ease and the interview was very conversational.
